These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set forth the rules for using this website (www.cabinetchamp.com) (the "Site"). By accessing or utilizing the Site, including purchasing cabinets, countertops, or other products, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
CabinetChamp.com ("CabinetChamp," "we," "us," "our") offers users ("you," "your") access to our digital resources, online store, and other related services (collectively, "the Service"). Your use of our Service is bound by these Terms.
These Terms take precedence over any verbal or written communications from CabinetChamp representatives or external parties such as shipping carriers or countertop fabricators unless formally approved in writing by CabinetChamp management.
This Site and its Services are available only to individuals 18 years and older who reside in the United States. If you are under 18 or reside outside the U.S., you must not use this Site. We ship exclusively within the U.S. If international shipping is required, arranging transportation is your responsibility. By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Service Adjustments
We may alter or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact caused by changes to or termination of the Service, including supply-related delays.
Tax Policy
Sales tax will be automatically applied as required by law. Customers eligible for tax exemption must provide valid documentation by emailing Customer Service at sales@cabinetchamp.com.
Order Processing and Delays
Our cabinets and related products are sourced from third-party vendors. While we aim for timely fulfillment, we do not guarantee specific shipping or delivery dates. A delay in one product category does not justify modifications or cancellations of other items in your order. For example, if cabinets are delayed, related countertop installation may also be affected, but this does not entitle you to change the countertop order.
Cabinet Order Guidelines
Purchasing Terms: All sales are final. Before finalizing your purchase, carefully confirm all order details, including part numbers and product selections.
Color and Material Accuracy: We advise ordering samples before making a purchase, as color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Samples returned in original condition qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Measurement Accountability: It is the customer's responsibility to verify all measurements before ordering. Consulting a professional to confirm cabinet dimensions is strongly recommended. Designs provided by CabinetChamp.com serve as visual references only and do not ensure order accuracy.
Compliance with Local Codes: Buyers must ensure their orders comply with local building codes and secure any necessary permits. CabinetChamp.com is not liable for any non-compliance issues.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled prior to processing will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Orders canceled after processing or shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Assembled cabinets and custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must submit a claim within five (5) days of receipt. We document all outgoing shipments and require photographic evidence for claim processing. Do not refuse delivery—damaged items will be replaced, not refunded.
Only one claim per shipment is allowed.
Claims for pre-assembled cabinets will not be accepted.
Approved claims will receive replacement parts, not full units.
Shipping-related damage claims must be reported within five (5) days.
Concealed damage claims must be filed within thirty (30) days.
Return Policy
Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt and must be authorized in advance. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
The following items are non-returnable:
Assembled or modified cabinets.
Hoods, trims, moldings, fillers, or panels.
Accessories such as trash pull-outs, spice racks, or glide upgrades.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after returned items pass inspection. Products deemed unsellable will not receive credit.
Customer Obligations
Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival and document any damages or missing components before signing. Failure to do so may void claims. Additionally, customers are responsible for cabinet assembly and installation.
For delivery locations with restricted access, such as gated communities or narrow roads, you must inform us before ordering. Additional delivery fees may apply. If a delivery fails due to access restrictions, cancellation and return fees will be imposed.
Shipping Guidelines
Orders are processed in the order received. Estimated delivery times depend on product availability and shipping schedules from third-party carriers. If you require a specific delivery window, contact us before ordering.
Shipping companies will reach out to schedule delivery. It is your responsibility to be available for the scheduled time and inspect the order upon receipt. Failure to respond to scheduling attempts may result in a return to the warehouse, incurring additional fees. CabinetChamp.com is not responsible for carrier delays or missed appointments.
