Preparing for Your Delivery
Once your cabinets are ordered, it’s important to prepare for delivery to ensure a smooth process.
Standard Order Lead Time
Standard Finishes: 2-4 weeks for handling and delivery.
Custom Paint Series Finishes: 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.
Additional Customization (e.g., Matching Wood Range Hoods): May require extra processing time.
Location-Based Delays: Depending on your location, additional time may be necessary.
Delivery Options
Standard Home Delivery – FREE
The most popular option, will deliver your order directly to your home. This option will feature a delivery truck likely 30-50 feet in length with a lift-gate. We recommend your home have a flat, paved space for the truck to access to offload the material. This option only includes curbside delivery, your order will NOT be brought inside your home. We do recommend you have extra help when receiving your order as this material tends to be on the heavier side. (You don't want to be stuck bringing 1,000lbs of material inside by yourself!)
Orders are shipped via a 53-foot truck with a lift gate.
Delivery is made to the first reasonable, secure, and dry location (typically a garage) at the same level as the truck tires.
Limited Area Delivery – Charges May Apply
If your delivery location has any of the following restrictions, additional accommodations may be required:
Cannot accommodate a 53-foot truck.
No garage or accessible storage space at truck level.
Apartment/condo with limited access.
More than five (5) entry steps and/or no elevator access.
In these cases, you may opt for Limited Area Delivery, where we deliver your order to the first available dry and secure room inside your home. Additional lead time may be required based on your location, restrictions, and available delivery agents.
Restricted Area Delivery – Custom Quote Required
Certain delivery locations require a Special Delivery Quote due to access limitations, including but not limited to:
Locations requiring ferry or bridge tolls.
Remote rural or densely urban areas.
Locations outside the United States (warranty is void for international deliveries).
Free Shipping on Samples!
Simply click the "Add a Sample" button on the product page and a sample of that particular product will be added to the shopping cart. Shipping will be FREE on any samples purchased with a maximum of 6 samples allowed per transaction. Some products may not be available to sample. If a sample order is placed and that sample is not available a refund will be issued. Please contact us for additional details.
