A: Yes we do! You may fill out our design service form on our website, or simply send us an email to sales@cabinetchamp and a sales rep will be ready to assist you!

 

Q: Are all cabinets in stock?

A: Yes, we sell straight from the manufacturer so all products are always available. If a product is on back-order, we will have the item shipped to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

 

Q: Can I get a Ready to Assemble (RTA) Cabinet pre-assembled?

A: Yes. All of our cabinets have the option of coming pre-assembled for an additional assembly cost. This upgrade is not available through the website. If interested in getting cabinets pre-assembled, call a sales representative at 855-933-2426 for assistance.

 

Q: What does 'semi-custom' mean?

A: Our pre-assembled cabinetry line has the option of to customize the depth of particular cabinets.

 

Q: Are the cabinet sides finished?

A: Our maple, birch, and poplar cabinets have pre-finished sides. Our euro style and pre-assembled line needs additional side pieces that are either field or factory installed.

 

Q: If I order a glass mullion door for an RTA Cabinet, does it still come with the original door?

A: Yes, the cabinets are pre-packaged, so it will include the original door. The mullion door is packaged as a separate item.

 

Q: Are handles and knobs included?

A: No, handles and knobs are not included with the cabinet. They can however be bought separately. We have a wide selection of hardware to choose from on our website.

 

Q: Do these cabinets come with countertop and backsplash?

A: No, none of our cabinets come with countertop or backsplash. However, we do have a selection of countertops available on our website.

 

Q: How do I see the cabinet before I buy?

A: We send out 15" x 15" sample doors for $20.00 flat rate. If you decided to order the product through us, we deduct that $20 from you total.

 

Q: Do you price match?

 A: Yes, we can match or beat any manufacturer quote. Depending that the specs of the cabinets quoted are comparable to the product you are interested in.

 

Q: How long for my order to ship?

A: Shipping times vary depending on the cabinet. Our RTA cabinets usually ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-Assembled cabinets have a production time of 7-10 business days, so it usually takes about 14 days to receive your cabinets.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Once you fill the shopping cart with everything you need, simply enter your zip code into our shipping calculator to determine what the cost of the freight will be.

 

Q: When will I know my order has shipped?

A: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and contact information of the carrier via email. You will need to get in touch with the carrier to set up a delivery appointment.

 

Q: Can I pick up my cabinets from the warehouse?

A: We have warehouses located across the country, depending on the product and your location you may be able to pick up your merchandise from the warehouse. For a quicker transit time and reduced cost, we can also ship to a YRC terminal located nearest you.

 

Q: Why do some boxes of cabinets have a different name than the name of my invoice or online?

A: The manufacturers sometimes change the cabinet line name for marketing purposes. However, their codes remain the same. You can compare the code on the box against your invoice to ensure you received the correct product.

 

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

A: On the off chance you receive a damaged product, just send us photos of the extent of the damage. We will work with the manufacturer to get you a new product shipped out as soon as possible.

 

Q: What if a product is missing from my order?

A: If there is a product missing from you order, then the manufacturer will ship out the missing merchandise as soon as possible.
